ISP CLOUD PORTALS
ISP Cloud is a multi-user system and there are portals for your teachers, your agents, your host families, and your students. These portals support true data input.
The Admin Portal allows authorized users to perform the following functions:
- Manage student, homestay, agents, classes and teachers data, send invoices, send letters, view reports
- Process online application forms submitted by students and or homestays/agents
- Setting up accounts for teachers. Each teacher will have unique sign-up / login credentials
- Activate/Deactivate teacher accounts
- Create courses
- Create the class schedule in a session/term
- Assign teachers or supply teachers to class
- Automatically assign students to classes in the next session
The Teacher Portal for Attendance Tracking allows authorized users to perform the following functions via an Internet connection:
- Mark student attendance
- Add notes for students
- Input their students’ attendance on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly or by session reports to view the students’ attendance
Online Application Forms:
Alongside the Admin Portal & Teacher Portal, ISP Cloud has available custom Online Application Forms for your students, agents and/or host families enabling them to fill out their application, upload requested documents, pictures and submit it for processing by the school staff.
